Singapore
With an early evening arrival in to Singapore, decided to stop by Jewel Changi to check out the sights. It had been a few years since my last real stop there to enjoy the massive waterfall and its associated light show-- more recent visits were always too early or too late to get the light show bit-- and even longer since I'd had a meal there. The original plan for food went out the window upon actual inspection of the restaurant(s), and I ended up wandering the first level basement food court til I saw Tun Xiang.
Tun Xiang, right off the food court, had a meal set that looked good. The fried bean curd was a bit over-fried so not so great (more average than anything), the prawn mee was even more average/indifferent, but their pork collagen white pepper soup was damned good.
