Family gathering in Reno. So much delicious food-- have to love Mom and Dad's home cooking. The expansion into gluten-free has been tough, some dishes are pretty adaptable, others, like dan tat, are definitely not so adaptable (instead of a wonderful crust, you get more like a grainy thing that falls apart). Learning mahjong, like the gluten-free dan tat, didn't go as well, there was too much going on to really pay attention, need to make another attempt in the future.
