Japan
Finally time to see what #japow is about-- the legendary snow skiing in Japan, specifically in Nagano and Hokkaido. As awesome as it is, decided to leave the majority of this trip in Chris' hands, as he's the one in the group who is truly passionate about skiing. He booked a trip with Japan Powder Culture Tours in an effort to help find the best snow, as well as due to his previous great experience with a ski tour up in Hokkaido the previous year.
Being my first time skiing in Japan, I have no basis for comparison-- but it was overall a good experience.
