Another beautiful day on the mountain, with the whole group out to enjoy it. Still waiting for Lucas to head up to the harder runs, but maybe soon?

Snake River Farms Gold Grade ribeyes for dinner one night, along with baked vegetables and rice. Delicious but we could have worked on presentation (thanks Mike for bringing the sous vide and blowtorch), although the apple pie and ice cream solid, no matter the presentation.

High winds the next day (45mph in town, 75mph gusts in town, even worse at the summit) made it a good day to stay inside, although I think the Chen-Wu family still went out. Only four lifts, all at the bottom, were open... although that did give some contrast vs. Japan, which closes most of the lifts in just half the wind compared to here. We did grab a tasty lunch at Shelter Distilling, where cheese curds and seared ahi tuna salad hit the spot if you didn't think about the calories. Finished off most of the tacos for dinner that night, too.
