Too much dressing, forgot to ask for it on the side.

Uni and scallop pasta. Decent, but traditional Japanese pasta uses dry noodles-- they offer other options here at extra cost.

Again quite decent.

Uni toast was okay. Not exciting.

Decent noodle pull.

The last days of Unetto Tokyo Pasta Factory on Sawtelle meant I had to make a visit. Like most Japanese-fusion pasta places, they use dried pasta, although unlike many of their competitors, they emphasize they have fresh pasta options as well. Not quite sure how I feel about this place; their seafood pasta game is decent and unique to Sawtelle... but doesn't really stand out vs. their competitors further afield.
