Supercomputing 25 (SC25)
Time for the annual Supercomputing 25 (SC25) conference, this year in St. Louis, Missouri. Had to visit the famous Gateway Arch while there, get some St. Louis-area food items, and amazingly, actually make some good use of their light rail.
Days 1, 2, and 3: arrival, checking out the Gateway Arch, first of the workshops starting SC25, and some fooding, both good as well as mediocre.
Day 4: all day tutorials plus the grand opening gala on the exhibit hall floor.
Days 5 and 6: keynote, sessions, more mediocre food, and Petaflop, the big multi-vendor after-party.
Days 7 and 8: more sessions and invited talks, one last workshop, and then the return home.
