Not No Bar
While Not No Bar may very much be a bar both by name and practice, with a very good selection of bourbon and some serious Italian roots, the pizza making that occupies the other half of the back wall is much of their claim to fame.
The pizza menu is small but rotates regularly, their supreme is quite good, although the crust in the center is just a tad soft. Seasoning is solid, and it's well-covered in toppings. The little gem salad is quite intense with house-made Italian dressing and I think jicama? Kent, who manages the bar, is very friendly, and the space overall is quite welcoming, with a half-dozen-ish seats at the bar, a high-top, a few tables, and a patio.
Pizza scene in Los Angeles is tough enough that it's hard to say this place truly stands out, but they absolutely do a solid pie if you are in the area, and the bar vibe is different than some of their competitors, which tends towards outdoor patios, very casual parking lots, or just straight-up pizza shops.
