Hong Kong
While the breakfast at the St. Regis Hong Kong is supposedly delicious, I sadly had to miss it due to my early return flight. Read some reviews online suggesting it opened at 6:30am, but turns out it was actually 7:00am, which would have left me only 15 minutes to enjoy it. ;_; Instead, headed straight off to the airport and had a quick bite at the Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge, which is solid for airport lounge food, at least.
Return flight was smooth, shrimp appetizer was maybe better than it was two days ago, but the chicken was about the same or worse? The flight crew did a beautiful job with the mid-flight snack cart, and then many hours later, breakfast was actual shrimp congee (none of this shrimp and chicken nonsense). Woot! One last different was substitution of a tiny sweet filled pastry instead of the usual sad crossiant-like thing, can't really say if it was any better or worse.
