Finally catching up with Gerald in Hong Kong, aka catching up on the current viral food as well as many of the classics I hadn't had in ages.
Day 1: evening departure from LAX means a butt-early arrival in Hong Kong the next day.
Day 2: super early arrival in Hong Kong means a full day of fooding, including Australia Dairy Company, Jenny Bakery, Bolo Bolo, and Hing Kee Claypot Rice.
Day 3: Butterfly Patisserie's viral Hokkaido custard flan dan tat, Mak Man Kee Noodle House, Mak's Noodle, and Cheung Hing Kee Shanghai Pan-Fried Buns.
Day 4: morning return to Los Angeles, including a normal dan tat for comparison.
