99 Ranch did not have ground pork so had to get a whole piece of pork and cut it up.
Then food processor it into ground pork.
Had to process it in a couple different batches.
Lop cheng time.
Larger pieces fo keep some texture.
Veggies. Keep the water that comes out.
Dad likes salmon.
Dad making dinner.
Much carbs.
Mom's turn.
Mom did veggies and mushrooms.
Mom giving siu mai making lessons.
Pork siu mai ready to steam.
Steam for 10 minutes. 15 tops.
Done. Three more batches to steam.
Trying to find a flat steaming rack.
Mom's turn to cook again.
Shrimp.
Home-cooked food for dinner.
Siu mai (shu mai) making lessons from Mom, complete with food processor'ing the pork because 99 Ranch did not have any ground pork. Plus Mom and Dad's home cooked dinner, of course!
