Premium Plus (premium economy) middle seat the next 17+ hours.

Flight crew took good care of me at least.

In row 22 there's no one behind you, so you can recline as much as the seat will allow without feeling bad.

Polaris pajamas arrived unexpectedly as well.

16hr 52min flight time, 9,335 miles (Flightaware), 8,446 miles (great circle).

Airline chicken breast at least was a decent portion.

Mid-flight chicken and cheese sandwich.

Believe it or not this is an improvement over the old one.

Flight crew took pity on me and sent over some tapas (mid-flight snack) from Polaris. Gnocchi (top) and chicken and rice (bottom).

Gnocchi is... serviceable.

Chicken and rice is meh although oddly I liked it better than the gnocchi.

Finally flying to Singapore, albeit a day later than planned. Lost my bulkhead window seat in Premium Plus (premium economy) but wasn't complaining as I was happy to finally be on the way. The airline chicken breast wasn't too bad, and the flight crew took great care of me, hooking it up not only with Polaris pajamas and mid-flight tapas, but also a full bottle of water.
