Sacramento
Dim sum in Sacramento is indifferent at best, and my slightly late arrival to Ming Dynasty didn't help. Shu mai, pai gut, char shu bao, ngau paak yip (steamed ginger beef tripe) all were passable, was glad they at least had beef tripe so late.
Day 1 of UC Tech was at UC Davis Health in Sacramento. They had an early afternoon, two hour long session on Siteimprove, along with tours of various facilities at the UC Davis Health campus. The simulation center tour was cool, I had expected it to be a virtual facility, but it was an actual building-- great to see! The rest of the event was outside, half in a pavilion, half done with a horribly inadequate PA system...
