California Science Center
Random mid-week, mid-day Yelp event at California Science Center. Maybe they're trying to be more family friendly? The crowd was definitely less college kids/20-somethings/30-somethings and much more with families, and a few older folks. Leonardo da Vinci's exhibit and the Cities of the Future 3D IMAX movie definitely were less of an influencer scene and more of a family-friendly hangout than usual. They both seemed to be aimed a bit more at a school-age audience than it was at serious adults, at least for those of us with science backgrounds-- still great to make both subjects accessible to a general audience, tho. And of course, always good to see progress on Space Shuttle Endeavour's new home.
