Feels like Asian fast food.

Dumplings were not bad, but they were more utility than anything.

Mala spicy noodle was quite ordinary. Literally cooked noodles and chili oil.

Not a bad noodle pull, tho.

Refrigerated appetizers were disgusting. So gross.

Avoid the refrigerated appetizers here, at least the combo I had was disgusting-- pig ear wasn't crunchy or flavorful, instead it was full of sadness. Dumplings are not bad, but the spicy (mala) noodle is pretty much just noodles in chili oil... neither is all that great. Decor inside is very modern, and it's basically a nice enough place for a workday lunch.

Dinner that night at Sichuan Impression was much better, with a legit spicy cold cucumber and a Sichuan fish, although this outpost of the 626 chain doesn't quite live up to the original either.
