Magic Castle's 60th anniversary was packed full of famous magicians and had a crazy discount on dinner. I do not operate in the world of magicians so I am sure most of this was lost on me, but was still fun to go, and a reasonably tasty prime rib for $16?? I guess that's how they show they take care of their guests?? Thanks Christine for the invite!

Lunch the next day at Gardena Bowl Coffee Shop, where their royale is pretty okay. Not quite sure how a bowling alley got such a well-known coffee shop, but definitely no complaining.
