Beef was surprisingly edible. Presentation was a bit lacking.

Just barely still had life in it. One second longer and would have been inedible.

Short hop to SFO, quick dinner (thanks Priority Pass!) of a passable Americanized poke at Yankee Pier, then life as the first loser on the upgrade list for the 16 hour, 11 minute flight to Singapore. The beef was not pretty, but to my surprise, it was actually pretty edible in United's Premium Plus.
