Omelette and Waffle Shop
Not quite sure why I had this place bookmarked, but the fact that they have a hundred different omelettes on the menu and waffles might have had something to do with it. They weren't too busy, but being bigger inside than I expected (plus an outdoor seating area converted from the parking lot) probably helped deal with the crowds.
Seated outside, service was pretty good, and the menu revealed just how extensive it is. Decided to focus on waffles as opposed to french toast or omelettes due to limited stomach space-- the waffle was pretty decent if you liked them thin as opposed to thick and fluffy, and the combination of strawberries, bananas, and nuts was definitely acceptable. The side of eggs (which they proudly say are extra large) were okay and the bacon was barely a half-step above ordinary. Hard to complain, really, but not a meal worth a special trek to San Pedro; more of an already-in-the-area stop.
Throw in some random car sightings afterwards: Ferrari 488 Pista and a Caterham Supersport R were more exotic. Waymo vehicles are showing up more often here but are still pretty rare, so their sensor-covered Jaguar I-PACE was a fun sighting. Final sighting was a new Ford Mustang (S650), which was surprisingly dorky looking in base trim
