New ownership for Northern Cafe Hot Pot in Westwood. An expanded menu of drinks and cold appetizers. Feels like the hot pot is not quite as good as before, and the black fungus appetizer, while good, had too much distracting stuff in it.
Subsequent visits would confirm the spicy cold cucumber appetizer isn't spicy, but is still tasty enough, and the hot pot is maybe still pretty close to before.
