11:15am is well before their lunch crowd.

Crispy fried rice is good but not as interesting as hoped.

Papaya salad, Lao style with blue crab, was good but not much for color.

Pretty decent Lao and Thai food, the crispy fried rice is the thing here. The papaya salad was tasty but presentation was distinctly lacking. Verdict is tasty enough but no longer up to their previous reputation.
