Chicken and sausage gumbo was good but kind of thin. Absolutely loaded with sausage tho.

The chicken breast was surprisingly tender. The weird chopped cabbage salad is still gross.

Starting off a long day of flying to Easter Island (Rapa Nui) via Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH). The United Polaris Lounge is very nice by domestic lounge standards, even if it does get pretty crowded during peak hours. The gumbo was watery but absolutely loaded wtih sausage, and sure beat the food on the plane. United's Polaris (business class) meals have gotten less recently but they're still decidedly sub-par vs. what a lot of their foreign competitors do.
