One of the newer purveyors of dry-aged fish, Chef Liwei Liao does a solid job, but hours here are frustratingly limited and aside from some of the assistants, there was zero chef interaction. Glad I was here off-hours as the 10-seat counter is limited and hand rolls aren't available at the nearby tables, only bento boxes (aka deconstructed hand rolls). Overall assessment of the food is very solid but ultimately forgettable; with so much good sushi in Los Angeles, this is a welcome stop if you're already in the area or even if you're just craving hand rolls, but hard to justify a special trip.
