Lucas' first actual ski lesson with Mammoth Mountain's ski school while I took off to the backside of Mammoth Mountain with Lan Lan to enjoy the terrific snow still there. Main Lodge to Panorama Gondola to Cornice to Chair 23 to the backside.

Timing today wasn't as good as yesterday, more ice because of Lucas' schedule-- had to get back in time to pick him up. Ideal timing would have been to slide things to the right an hour or 90 minutes but alas did not have that luxury. Either way the skiing was still superb.
