Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve
Checked every week for months for signs of a superbloom... no superbloom this year. Alas. The media and internet idiots who decided to predict a superbloom this year caused a ton of traffi for Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve tho, which is good because the state park system needs the business. Exactly three miles driving east of the reserve were some okay poppy fields being trampled by all the social media idiots, might have been some other good ones but did not have time to venture further.
Went unsupervised on to Etsy earlier and spent too much money on airplane swag. N198UA, a retired United Airlines Boeing 747-400ER, is now not only part of Stratolaunch, but the unused part of the airframe is being cut up by WyldByrd Art for plane tags. Pretty cool. Chris and Cin also does some fun luggage tags.
