Board games
Friends over for board games, mostly Quacks of Quedlinburg and Longshot. The former is an established favorite, the latter is a relatively new game for the group about horse racing/horse betting that works surprisingly well, and is different enough from the other games we play to be a decent addition.
4M came over after, so did Prime Pizza for dinner instead of one of the usual places. Prime Pizza is another more recent-ish additon to the pizza scene, and they're not bad at all. They are enough like a traditional pizza place to have a pretty good selection, including both regular medium thick crust round 18-inch pizzas and square pan pizzas.
Lunch the next day at the just-opened-this-weekend Little Dynamite, formerly Bootleg Pizza. They're pretty good pan pizzas, maybe about as good as Prime Pizza, but with a much more limited menu: tomato, cheese, pepperoni, and hot jimmy (sausage, garlic, hot honey). At least the experience is much better than the original Bootleg Pizza, and the pizzas, while short of award winning, definitely do the job.
