That is a large banh mi.

Veggies were barely pickled, most were fresh.

So many veggies.

Not a fan of braised pork, although this was quality.

Treasure Pot Thai in Paramount is a no-frills type of place with very good Thai food. Their boat noodles were excellent, and given how uncommon good boat noodles are, a great find. Their som thum was also excellent, although good som thum is considerably easier to find.

Bun and Mi off Montana Ave in Santa Monica for dinner. The braised pork belly banh mi is massive, and probably catering to their audience, the pickled veggies are barely pickled. I way prefer grilled pork to braised pork when given the option, but sadly that was not an option, although the sandwich was still quite good even if not my favorite.

Sadly did not have time to do more than to-go there, they had bun rieu as a daily special which looked delicious...
