Uoichiba at Citizen Public Market opened just over a week ago, but they're already closed at lunch? Did they sell out of dry aged fish already? Did not see anything at all from their social media about them being closed.
Bang Bang Noodles was open again tho, and they're still okay. Hand-pulled noodles (tingling cumin this time) are not bad and the dumplings are sufficiently meaty despite not looking like anything crazy. Overall experience is very decent, even solid, but not enough to warrant a special trip.
