After an afternoon breathing E85 fumes, time for some spicy miso ramen to make sure my taste buds still functioned. Moto Ramen isn't my favorite-- tends to be too many toppings that de-emphasize the noodles and broth-- but they did the job. And t'was good to hang out with Dr. Wang one more time before she joins her better half (Dr. Hamdan) on their Europe journey together!
