Thanksgiving
Chef Yun's Thanksgiving to-go. Delicious as always, with a superb roast chicken, and he managed to keep the glazed sweet potatoes' glaze crunchy like super thin candy. Also got to meet his new pup, Nori, for the first time while picking up.
Visiting Colony Kitchen, one of the better known ghost kitchens, the next day. Prince Street Pizza has a new outpost in there, while close to the West Hollywood location in quality, it's not quite there-- which means it's definitely short of the original in Manhattan as well. Still not bad to have more options (pizza does seem to be exploding in popularity these days...). Sanook Soi 38 went from a food truck to a spot in one of Colony Kitchen's ghost kitchens as well. Their som tam is quite decent, but it's been so long since I had them I feel like I should try more of the menu in the future.
