Charcuterie fried rice is really just a fancy name for a regular ham and lopcheng fried rice.

Regardless of the name, it was very, very good.

Free food started showing up...: fancy kaya toast. Quite good but not worth $16 if you had to pay for it.

Dinner at Cassia that night. Fried rice was excellent, papaya salad is still a less-than-ideal fusion to me. Overall very good, even if the kaya toast (which was both unexpected and complimentary) is not something I'd ever get on my own-- it's excellent but $pricey.
