Singapore
First stop in Singapore was the cheapest Michelin star meal around, Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle. It's delrishus but holy cow that line is insane, well over an hour. A quick snack of dim sum after at a halal dim sum place was not impressive, but combined with the noodles just a few minutes (and a 70 minute wait) before, it definitely hit the spot as far as lunch.
Up to Khatib for an early dinner of duck noodles, with some of the most intense duck au jus I've experienced, then off to Mandai Wildlife Reserve for their night safari with Petula and her massive crowd of coworkers. It was as touristy as promised, but having never been, now I can at least say I've been? Decided to get out of the humidity afterwards for drinks at Kallang Wave and then Clarke Quay, just to continue the touristy theme.
