Independence Day weekend
Celebrating Independence Day weekend with board games and grilling. Chris brought some of his crazy four month dry aged (so dry/dense/intense it was basically cured!) to go with the Snake River Farms Gold Grade New York steaks I supplied. Portabello mushrooms and asparagus for the rest. Pre-board-games snacks were appetizers from Sichuan Impression 'cause I didn't want to rely on just Ruffles All Dressed and Lay's Ketchup potato chips.
Next day-- Fourth of July proper-- was more board games and dinner from Versailles, 'cause Sue was craving Cuban food rather than more grilling.
