Kin Craft Ramen in Fountain Valley.

Inside, including the partially exposed kitchen.

Different angle, including the bar.

Salmon carpaccio wasn't bad.

Shisito peppers were quite good.

Waygu donburi was not very interesting.

"Medium rare = pink" on their menu, tasted more like medium to me.

Not overly impressed by Kin Craft Ramen in Fountain Valley, especially not with the vastly superior Vox Kitchen in the same plaza. The food overall wasn't bad, I perhaps made a mistake not ordering their signature seafood laska ramen, but the waygu donburi was ultimately forgettable. It's stylish enough inside and not a bad place, but not sure I want to head all the way back here for the ramen?
