May 2022: Day 3: Mulafossur

Coworkers.

Not a bad view from the "office."

Arrived at Mulafossur.

Such a classic view.

It's not a bad waterfall, but without the mountain behind it it's much more ordinary.

Mulafossur lives up to its name, a reasonably sized waterfall plunging into the ocean that is in itself unremarkable until you look up at the towering landscape behind it. The scene is a classic one found in zillions of photos of the Faroes. A short, easy, gently sloping hike away is Sunset Viewpoint, which, alas, was cloudy during my visit.

Returning back to the AirBnB after a grocery store trip and to discover the AirBnB's livestock (sheep, chickens, ducks) had decided they wanted to watch me work and eat. Probably just eat, to be honest. Was still fun to have company while I worked, and those ducks were very strident about being ignored!
