A day of laying low and enjoying the numerous infinity pools at Santa Barbara Eco-Beach Resort, then over to nearby Ribeira Grande for a slightly ridiculous lobster dinner and a bit of soaking up the slightly stormy, very dramatic black rock beach at Ponta das Praias.
