Celebrating Frances' birthday and getting to see her almost-toddler again, this time awake instead of asleep! She and Patrick both looked very sleep deprived on this trip to LA. *grins*

Sushi Tsujita still offers outdoor dining, essential for safety, and their food is always delicious. Definitely appreciated omakase, even if Colin refused to nap and insisted on joining us at the table-- he actually made it through most of the meal and not too much food ended up on the floor...

Teapsoon for milk tea after, the taro milk wasn't too sweet (yay old tastebuds), and then some Dea-Sanchez family photos in front of the Bruin Bear after lunch. Happy Birthday Frances!
