Very family friendly, surprisingly large outdoor Halloween thing at King Gillette Ranch in the Santa Monica Mountains. Sure, there's two bars for the adults to get drinks, but it's also a ton of food trucks and mostly a lot of very kid-friendly things to look at in terms of fancy carved pumpkins (both real and plastic). Massive arrays of pumpkins carved into dinosaurs, sea life, Spongebob, the solar system, Disney princesses, even a very odd one on love.
Definitely no corn mazes or haunted houses or anything. But I guess everything has its place?
