Reinforcements arrived that morning. Brunch at Bouchon, where the bisque was excellent and they made biscuits and gravy into art (!). The hash was less impressive, and the lobster benedict also seemed to draw mixed opinions.
Did a bunch of tourist stuff afterwards, then smartened up and showed up to Bacchanal 20 minutes before they opened. 3:40pm, seated by 3:45pm, and ate til we exploded. The first round of waygu roast beef was superb, the last round was meh. Overall no complaints, with the pork belly and the lechon both being excellent. Lobster bisque was also well-done, while the dessert bar, while pretty, was much less impressive.
Final stop was at Total Wine, where, being Vegas, they had an impressive selection of extremely high-end scotch and cognac to drool over.
