Dolan's Uyghur had a prety decent cold noodle and an okay shredded potato. Black fungus and celery was a tad too salty but might have been the second best dish? Samsa's were also pretty good, nice and flakey crust.
Decent enough meal but I recall Omar's being a better choice in the area for Uyghur cuisine.
