n/naka
n/naka celebrates their 10th anniversary with a special Ichi-Jun Kaiseki Jubako, featuring some of their most famous dishes over the years, including the kani koura mushi, which was on their opening menu in 2011.
Some presentation upgrades in this to-go, particularly to wooden boxes, and the food also features some standouts-- the branzino was artful beneath its burnt romaine, and the waygu was tasty as always. Their standbys of chawanmushi and parfait are difficult to complain about, too, while the hotaru ika (firefly squid) was a nice touch. And apparently chirashi is not something n/naka did much of prior to COVID-19 from their comments? It's definitely delicious.
