March 2021: Days 3 and 4

Costco Chinese-style packaged pork ribs actually aren't bad.

Bit of a lazy two days on the slopes, mostly up Lincoln Mountain (chair 22 and chair 25) one of the two days, along with plenty of time on the ski back trail to get the Zeus-the-snow-loving-dog some exercise. This late in the season, the village ski back trail has quite a few bare spots, so this might be the last weekend for it.

The Chen-Wu family managed some Costco specials for dinner. Wasn't sure what to expect of the char siu-style pork ribs, but for Costco, it honestly was more than acceptable if you can handle the fact that it's not going to be authentic.
