Erick Schat's Bakkery is not known for their salads.

Second trip of the season to Mammoth, with the usual stop for Copper Top's delicious tri-tip and pork ribs, plus their nom nom nom chili. Had a rental car so new that many of the assembly stickers, wraps, and rubber bands were still on the inside!

And in contrast to the shiny new Hyundai Kona I had, saw one of the oldest sheriff's vehicles on the road in a while, with Kern County markings on an ancient Jeep.
