Naemo is a new pop-up by two New York City restaurant veterans, Ki Kim and Arnold Byun. Pick-up reservations for their dosirak have been difficult to get, took a month to get one.

It's some of the most elaborate ban chan I've had in a long time. The highlight was looked like hard boiled eggs was actually stuffed squid rings (squid soondae)-- friggin' amazing. And one of the two cold boxes, with crab sashimi and flouder sashimi (aged flounder hwe) was also an unexpectedly tasty addition-- mixed with noodles and greens for a yummy combo.
Mussel bibimbap was solid but definitely felt like it was missing something in a to-go box compared to proper service in a restaurant. I suspect doing this as dol-set bi-bim-bap would be even better, but I didn't have a hot stone bowl at home!
