Sushi Masakazu
Chef Shin Akazawa finally reopened Masakazu for take-out. And he does a bang-up delicious job. The miso porridge that-looks-like-a-hand-roll was the biggest surprise. And the sushi is far more refined than what many, even nicer, places have been doing. For such a tiny place, an emerging up-and-comer in the top tier... this is a superb effort.
