Pair of 737 MAX 9's stored until FAA recertifies them.

Lush green mountains and subdivisions.

Not even a year old, already misaligned.

Probably the Middle Fork of the Kings River. (could be the South Fork...)

Probably the John Muir Trail/Pacific Crest Trail in the valley running north from the bottom?

Dinner.

Flying up to Mammoth for the first time... the views are pretty spectacular, especially with the mountains completely covered in snow. The crevasse formed by the Owens River doesn't look like much from the ground, but it's huge from the air.

Other sights-- saw a pair of grounded 737 MAX 9's while leaving LAX, and had a tasty dinner at the condo courtesy of Mike and Lan Lan. Yum!
