The grill was super slow. They only had 3 stations at most working the whole night.

Beef cheek. More tender than flavorful. Not worth the hour's wait.

Scallops! NOM. But for a 90 minute meal, why so slow??

Intro to HTML and CSS event by General Assembly at Angel City Brewing. Overly crowded in the room they had, kind of ruined the experience. The instruction is decent, but hard to say for an intro class that I already had covered-- might need to do another intro in an area I'm less familiar with. And the strong sell afterwards via phone and e-mail was just pushy enough to be highly obnoxious.

Angel City Brewing itself isn't bad, the beer is pretty decent, the space has a lot of potential; however it felt somewhat under-utilized, like it could be much more impressive. Like they'd remodeled but not quite filled their vision for the space.

Dinner nearby at Inko Nito. Excellent robata, especially the scallops, but painfully slow. 90 minute meal. o_0 Decor works out well and is surprisingly non-smoky. Would not want to go back til they improve both service and the kitchen!
