Henry's Cuisine
Family dinner at Henry's Cuisine, aka the old OK Cafe from way back when. A full spread of all types of Chinese cuisine, generally decent in quality considering how ambitious the place is-- unlike some others where variety, not quality, is the goal.
Water fish isn't as spicy as a real Sichuan place, but it was decent enough, although the much-hyped pork knuckle was only average. Salted fish noodle was a little too intense, for some reason they don't offer it as a fried rice. Curry I would skip, but the veggie plate we had (including snow peas, fungus, and lotus root) was quite acceptable.
Walked down the street to Phoenix for dessert. Standard Phoenix Dessert experience-- no complaints! *grins*
