They called it a s'more. More like a brownie with marshmellow whip.

Dinner with Pearl and Simon, Dennis and Wendy at Beauty and Essex. Tapas-style with a wide variety of dishes. Not sure it all worked as a collective dinner, but it had its tasty bits as well as its more ordinary items.

Ahi tuna tacos, bone marrow, brussel sprouts, mac 'n cheese, two individual-spoon type dishes (one of tomato bisque, one in an escargot dish of french onion mushrooms?), and then we added on some little lobster rolls. Dessert was s'mores, but in reality was more like a brownie topped with marshmellow whip.
