Little Fatty
Chinese and Taiwanese food on the west side is always terrible, and sadly Little Fatty is no exception.
Popcorn chicken and scallion pancake are both perfectly fried, but the former is lacking in both flavor and any hint of spice (a recurring theme), while the latter tries a plain pancake with green onions applied only after cooking, while turns out to be an epic fail.
The General Tso's cauliflower and the zha jiang mian don't turn out any better, with the cauliflower being deep fried and overly sweet, the zha jiang mian missing the proper spice and again too sweet. The XO fatty noodle is the only thing that was any good.
Tack on slow service and a slow kitchen-- I think we were 75 minutes from ordering to finishing-- and it was a decidedly disappointing experience.
