Banana bread was pretty good tho, Tiff ate almost the entire thing!

"Free" - chia seed porridge with fresh fruit.

"Peaceful" - avocado and tomato atop toast. Meh. Toast in particular was not very good.

Went a little crazy with sashimi at Sanuki no Sato. Probably better to be a little less sashimi crazy there and a little more balanced with the soba and tofu? *grins*

Brunch with Tiff at a new place to us, Cafe Gratitude in the Arts District. Neither of us normally does vegan so it was a little different than our usual. Tiff devoured her banana bread, while the cinnamon roll, while decent, was a little heavy. Chia seed porridge looked good, while the avocado-and-tomato-on-toast was merely so-so.

A trendy little place for brunch tho, and lots of other things looked good. Probably more to vegan palates, but t'was worth a visit!
