Seasons 52 and I-Tea

Cool, cloudy, rainy day in Huntington Beach.

AWSome Day at the Hyatt.

Three tiny pieces of seared ahi.

Roma tomato flatbread.

Lamb lollipops. A tad over cooked/too sweet.

Dessert selection. Lemon meringue front and center.

Aerial pedestrian bridge between South Coast Plaza.

Mini-portion menu at I-Tea.

Tripe. Not bad.

Cold cucumber. Again decent enough.

Deep fried tofu. Maybe the best item here, but that's not saying much.

Pig ear was super thin, popcorn chicken was okay.

Very Taiwanese cafe-ish.

Cool and cloudy day complete with some rain in Orange County. Froze my butt off at the draft Hyatt in Huntington Beach, then off to warm up with Tiff at happy hour over at Seasons 52.

Some very small pieces of seared ahi, some duck lollipops, lamb lollipops, Roma tomato flatbread, and some shishito peppers-- the peppers were probably the best item on the whole menu. Might've had a few other things but I forget what they were.

Add in a decent but very overpriced wine from Indian Wells as well as some more sane options, plus a pianist in the bar that had a bunch of cougars swooning over.. it was a good time!

Caught Eugene and Tara for a snack later at I-Tea, one of many local Taiwanese snack places. Food was very ordinary, parking lot was very confusing (one-way traffic flow pretty much, good luck trying to turn around), but t'was great to catch up!
